Room of the Week: Glamorous Neutrals

Room of the Week

We love the monochromatic glamour of this room designed by Michael Abrams Limited.  The dark walls, neutral furniture, and pop of orange make for an effective and inviting small space. This room goes to show that sometimes less is more. Allowing the space to speak for itself in the form of architectural elements (that ceiling!) and intentional use of contrasting colors calls for more neutral furniture and smaller elements of color. We also love how he added color to the dark bookshelves, creating eye-catching vignettes and a more playful feel.

This room goes to show that neutral colors are anything but boring.
